Our Scouts are essentially talent prospectors tasked with identifying and evaluating raw athletic potential, often scouring seasonal club competitions, carnivals, school and national tournaments, in search of the next generation of superstars.

Our Scouts will methodically analyse an athlete’s physical attributes, technical skills, tactical awareness, vision, and mental fortitude, seeking to uncover not just a player’s current abilities but also the player’s capacity for future growth and development under professional coaching.
